Canyon Acquisitions is a boutique, multi-state real estate corporation specializing in customized acquisition programs which create numerous benefits for our investors and developers. The primary mission of Canyon is to create economic value for its clients through the identification and acquisition of real estate assets that display significant upside potential and attractive cash flow.

Canyon works with a large network of sophisticated, high-net worth buyers on an individual basis with the combined purchasing power of over a billion dollars. In addition to the many services we provide, our core competency involves the application of a seamless transactional real estate model that is mutually beneficial to our buyers, Joint Venture Partners and the many Developers with whom we have business relationships.

Canyon utilizes a proven and highly efficient turn-key system to purchase up to 50%25 of any qualified pre-construction project in the United States and abroad. Canyon has cultivated relationships with large networks of sophisticated, affluent buyers to create a unique, turn-key approach to rapidly purchase units in luxury condominiums, condo hotels, multi-family, single family homes, lots, marinas, office condominiums, townhomes and condo conversion projects in less than 30 days. Additionally, Canyon has long-term relationships with real estate investment firms which provides us with a magnitude of industry information and insight not afforded to other brokers.

Canyon's participation is centered around introducing the developer to each individual buyers and facilitating the transaction to ensure the Developer has a seamless experience. The Developer interfaces with one Canyon acquisition specialist instead of managing relationships with multiple buyers. In addition to selling up to 50%25 of the Development Project in an expedited timeframe, the Canyon Programs provide the following immediate and measurable results:

  • Provides additional stream of profits and cost savings including potential marketing and sales costs reduction
